It was another good service. The activities directors brought in a lot of residents. Staff also came in. When I said I was going to sing "Everything Good" the kitchen window flew open and someone in the kitchen said,"You gotta hear this". The reason I say all this is because most nursing homes don't have many people coming in to do fun things with the residents. Church should be fun. We're making it fun. Kids followed Jesus because he was fun to be with. The Gospel is Good News. That's what we're sharing. At the close of the service we prayed with many of the residents. They shared lots of healing and family testimonies of God's goodness.

It's been almost 2 months since I've been here. My dad's funeral and then an ice storm. I was anxious to get back. I looked at there calender and I was still on the schedule, so I preached. Praise God! We had two rededicate themselves to the Lord. There was a new resident and she wanted a bible. Thank you everyone for providing bibles. I was able to give her a new large print bible. I feel very fortunate to minister in nursing homes.

Wow, we had an awesome service this morning. (It was just one of those extra special times) Lots of residents, lots of staff, and lots of visitors. I ministered the same message but with a stronger anointing. Two men said they were called to preach. One staff member and one visitor. (Last night at Rhema the Lord said I needed to start ministering to the staff. I guess it's started) After the service I spent some time with the visitor who said he was called. He had some question. Many of the residents were stirred to come back to God and walk the path that He has provided for them. Glory!

We had a fun time this morning. I told everyone I was hearing some good singing. One man said,"It was me". I told him next time I came I would record him. He put his hands in the air and said,"I got my first recording contract". We all laughed. I ministered on 1) The love of God 2) Jesus is the only way 3) why Jesus is the only way. Residents are understanding that Jesus is the only way and why. I started praying with people and the woman next to me said,"well, are you going to hug her?". She said,"It's only the right thing to do". So, I went back to the first woman I prayed with and hugged her. Then I continued to hug every woman in the place. These people not only want a touch from God and they also want a personal touch.

When we walked in the door there were many residents that smiled and waved because they new it was time for church. As we sang the hymns hands continued to go up as they worshiped our wonderful Lord. The love and compassion of the Lord was very evident this morning. We talked about 1) God loving us with a love that is way beyond what most can comprehend 2) Jesus is the only way 3) Jesus is the Lamb, the only perfect sacrifice for our sins. At the close there were many that wanted prayer. We have a good God who meets ALL our needs. The bible says,"According to your faith be is done to you". We are believing!

3 more rededicated their lives to the Lord. This has become one of my favorite messages because of how the Lord has been using it. It seems like every time I minister it it's a little different. It is becoming more focused. I remember "Dad" Hagin saying,"You've got to preach a message 50 times before it's any good". I always wondered what he meant by that. I understand a little better now. 1) God has always wanted us more than we've wanted Him. 2) There is only one way to Him 3) We must accept what Jesus did at the cross.

This message is certainly on track. When I asked for decisions at the close of the service 3 more residents rededicated their lives to the Lord. One family was so thankful that their 98 year old mother is cancer free! Healed by the power of God. Another man said he wanted to be free from cigarettes. I told him it would be the easiest thing he'd ever do. I told him every time he did anything with his cigarettes or thought about his cigarettes just say this, "Thank God I'm free from cigarettes". He said he could do that and repeated it several times. After he said it he said,"This is going to work". Anxious to see him next time. God, you are so good!

Another wonderful service in Fort Gibson. We saw many excited residents as we sang the old favorites. We have started a new message: 1) For God so loved the world. . . 2) There is only one mediator between God and man, Jesus 3) Jesus, the lamb of God. It has become a very powerful message for Salvation. Another resident Accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. PRAISE THE LORD!

I always get excited with anticipation when I walk into an empty room. That's what happened this morning. We started singing hymns with two of us in the room. More residents came as we continued to sing. The room filled quickly. Today I start a new message titled "One God and One mediator". At the close 2 residents rededicated their lives to the Lord!

What a joy to be back in Gore. As we started the music, the maintenance man came out of the kitchen dancing. Now that's a pretty good for starters. There are also some woman who come the same time I do, to do nails. They have decided to come into the meeting room so no one will miss the service. We are looking at Eph. 2:10. God has prepared a path for us to walk. Along that path is everything we need.

In the nursing homes we become aware of how short life on this earth is. Today we heard of two more residents who went to be with the Lord. That's the exciting part. They went to be with the Lord. We are making a difference in peoples lives. Every day we are showing the way to Jesus. To walk the path, and to expect that heaven will be your home for all eternity. Glory!

This afternoon in Wilburton, 3 residents rededicated their lives to the Lord. It was a wonderful time together. Many sang as loud as they could as we sang Victory In Jesus.

Probably our largest group yet! 40-45 residents plus family to come and visit. Hands in the air again as we sang. These people love to sing. I could hear harmonies throughout the room. Today, we looked at walking the path that God has prepared ahead of time, just for us. Eph. 2:10 amp. Stay on the path and you will find all that you need right there. Then we went to Eph. 6:10 and saw that God want us to be strong in Him and in the power of His might. Then we went to Phil. 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. We were lifted and encouraged. At the close of the service I spoke with everyone in the room and prayed with most. GOD YOU ARE SO GOOD!!

When I asked,"How many here are saved." All of their hands went up. It wasn't that way when I started. Glory to God, He is doing a mighty work in these nursing homes. Today we were studying Eph. 2:10 (amp). Walking the path that God has prearranged and made ready for us to live. As long as we are in these bodies God has a plan and a purpose for our lives. We have not been "put out to pasture". We still have a reason to be. Everyone likes to know they still have a purpose in life. As we were singing,"Count your blessings" hands went in the air. At the close of the service an employee came to me and asked for the scriptures I had used. She was in an office down the hall and was listening. Praise God, the Word is getting out.

Thank you Lord for sending me to nursing homes. Many of these people are lonely, have no family, and starving for Love. We began to sing "Standing on the promises of God" and you could see the Love of God working in their lives. They began to smile. A real smile. Not a "plastic" smile if you know what I mean. I began to sing "Champion of Love" and residents began raising their hands and crying. It was all I could do to Finish the song. At the close of the service a woman rededicated her life to the Lord. Thank you Lord!!

There was no one in the room when we got there but it never fails, when you start the music people will come. We ended up with a wonderful service. We sang more than normal and finished with Victory in Jesus. (It doesn't get much better than that) I continue to minister on walking our path. That path that has been planned by God for us to walk in. (Eph. 2:10 amp) The Bible says if we walk in that path we will live the good life. Doesn't mean we won't have trials but we are overcomers. Everything we need is on that path. We are learning to be overcomers in the Lord. We need to understand faith is the key. Strong faith receives. We are receiving health and wholeness in our bodies, and in our lives. God is a good God!!

It's fun to watch residents continue to come in until the room is almost full. I've always thought the "Good News" should draw people. If people aren't coming, check up on what your saying. Hands were in the air as we sang and shared the Word of God. We are finding our "Path" and walking in it. That is where we will be blessed.

Wow, what a morning. It was noisy, lively, and exciting. Shirley was excited to see me again and wanted me to sing "Champion of love". I had planned on singing that anyway so I was ready. I wish I could have had a picture of her. She had her hands in the air and tears running down her cheeks during the song. (I had a hard time watching her and getting through the song) Family members of residents had come in to visit, and be in the service. Jerold had a song to sing with his new guitar so he sang. The room was a buzz. I was preachin' and they were preachin' back. After the service I prayed with a 98 year old woman who has been diagnosed with cancer. Her 3 daughters were there and wanted me to pray with them. We all held ands and prayed down the power. God is so good to meet us right where we are. Rom. 2:10 - we are learning to walk the path that God has prearranged for us to walk. The amplified says if we do, we'll live the good life.

It has been a month since I've been in Fort Gibson. It was a month ago, yesterday, I got a call from my sister telling me our dad went home to be with the Lord. I took some time off for the funeral. Knowing dad is "Home" is comforting. It's good to be back. We had a good service this morning. Residents kept coming in until the room was pretty full. We talked about walking the path that God has prepared, for each one of us, ahead of time. Many residents feel that since they are in a nursing facility there's no more for them to do. That's not true. We don't retire from working for God. He has a plan and a purpose for each one of us. We all want to know we are still valuable to God. We are! When we discover what God has planned for us we need to walk in that plan. Along that path is where all of our needs will be met.

It's good to be back in the saddle again. I have 3 services today. This morning in Warner, this afternoon in Muskogee, and tonight back in Warner. It's going to be a good day. I met some new residents in Warner. One is a former Judge from Arkansas. He says he was a Judge for 15 years. We had a good first conversation. I look forward to speaking with him again. As we began to sing a woman started to direct with her hands. (I wonder if that's what she did when she was younger) During the service we began talking about following the path that God has for us and being Strong in Him. We began confessing,"I'm strong in the Lord". Faces began to "light up" as we continued to speak those words over our lives. As Christians we are called believers but many times we don't speak what we believe. It's time to start! Let's agree with the Word and confess it!

Sharing the Good News of Jesus in the Nursing Homes

It's always a joy to come to Stigler. It is one of the largest groups I have. After my dads funeral I sense more of a commitment in sharing the salvation message. TODAY, A MAN GAVE HIS HEART TO THE LORD! After the service I sat down with him for 15 minutes or so. He seemed be bragging about how big a sinner he had been. I shared with him a God who is bigger than all of his sins. Jesus paid the price and it was more than enough. Share the good news that Jesus is Lord, today!

I was so excited to get into the nursing homes today. We had new residents come in. I'm always encouraged with new people. We sang many hymns with uplifted hands. Some began to cry as they thought about what God has done for them and what He continues to do. We looked at what Moses said to the children of Israel. 1) Fear not 2) Stand still 3) Watch the salvation of the Lord. God is a good God. Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to God except by Him. If you have not put your trust in Him yet. Do it today.

It's a joy to be back in the nursing homes. The majority of the residents have the flue. There were not many in the meeting today. I had the privilege of praying for those in the service and many in their rooms. This is my first service back from my dad's funeral. He has left such a legacy of helping others, I am more focused then ever before. The residents and staff reach out for help in times like these. I can show them that God is their help in time of need. He is the way, the truth, and the life. As I prayed for peoples healings there were many tears. I reminded them they are not alone. I am here. God is here. We are here to help in the time of need. God, you are so good!

Praising God with "Victory In Jesus". It never gets old. I like that song. New residents came into the meeting. They are Christians and got excited knowing we were having church on a regular basis. We all have problems and situations we go through. We are learning how to make it through and to the other side. After the service personal time is so important. One on one with everyone. Holding them, touching them, and praying with them. It's very important for the anointing of God to transfer through touch. "Lay hands on the sick and they will recover". Thank you Lord for calling me to minister to these precious people and thank you supporters for making a way through your prayers and financial support.

I love it when a room fills up with people interested in listening and learning. Today was just that. We had some people come in that I had not seen before, plus the regulars. Hands were in the air as we sang about our Jesus. We are learning how to walk by faith. WE WILL MAKE IT TO THE OTHER SIDE. 1) Fear not 2) Stand still 3) Watch the salvation of the Lord. It's wonderful to look around the room and see Christians. It wasn't that way a year ago. We have had several here accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Praise God !

TGIM - I'm so glad it's Monday and I'm back in the nursing homes. Even though this is a holiday I love to minister. I think the feeling is mutual. The residents smile when I come and it's so good to see them again. We are looking at - How To Operate By Faith. Moses said to the children of Israel. 1) fear not 2) stand still 3) see the salvation of the Lord. Faces "lit up" as we learned how to operate in faith. We are taking a stand and we're not going to quit !

Stigler is one of my favorites, but then I guess they all are. We had a great crowd today but yet the activities director said there were a lot of residents not able to come. It's always a thrill to watch God move and work in peoples lives. Today seemed to be the love of God. People were starving for the love of God and He certainly did show up. We talked about God doing a new thing in their lives. He would make a way where there seemed to be no way. After the service I handed out daily devotionals and blankets for those that wanted them. What a blessing to share the good news that Jesus is Lord and that Jesus cares in a tangible way. Many of you are supporters of this ministry. The residents thank you very much for all you are doing.

Praise God we are lifting up the name of Jesus. Residents are believing, God is going to make a way where there seems to be no way. I continue to share the good news that God is doing a new thing.

We have developed 20 "churches" in nursing homes throughout Eastern Oklahoma. These people have a church that did not have a church before. Now we are going to reach out even more. We are going to reach out to our friends, family, and other residents. We are beginning to talk about how we can reach out to others to share the good news. Hallelujah !

It is so good to be back in Spiro. I was excited to see them and they were excited to see me. As we sang, many had their hands in the air praising God. I have been ministering along the lines of God making a way where there seems to be no way. We are also stepping it up in our outreach. I have asked the residents to make sure to invite friends, family, and other residents to these services. Especially those that may not know the Lord. Let's expand the kingdom of God.

So good to be back in Gore. This is my first time for the year. I didn't know if it's the rain or not but the residents seemed quit subdued today. It was good to see them begin to smile and perk up as we started to sing. It is a new year and we are ministering,"God is going to do a new thing". He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. After the service I was visiting with the residents and mentioned to several of them, "God is going to make a way where there seem to be no way." I heard a lot of "I hope so's". In the book of Exodus God said,"Fear not, Stand still, and Watch the salvation of the Lord". Good words for all of us.

It was wonderful to be back in Wagoner after the Christmas break. This is the first service since the Alzheimer's unit closed that I have seen some of those residents in the service at the nursing home. It was so good to see them again. We sang and ministered,"God is going to do a new thing". (Seemed like everyone was ready for a new thing) We saw that "God is going to make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." 6 residents raised their hands believing God for a new thing in their life. When you're between a rock and a hard place and it seems like there's no way out, God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Glory !!

It was exciting right from the start. (It can be that way when your expecting it) We sang praises to God and then talked about how God is a good God and ready to do new things in our lives. He may ask us to do things we've never done before to get things we've never received before. God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Hands in the air and "amens" to the preaching. I'm loving it! When I asked,"How many feel your between a rock and a hard place" Many raised their hands. We closed with prayer believing whether it's family, finances, or health, God is making a way where there seems to be no way.

It's good to be back at the 10am time. I was here at 9am for a while and it seemed like it was too early. Today was much better. We had a good group. I am continuing to minister on "God will make a way where there seems to be no way". I spoke and ministered to several residents and staff. Seems like we are more and more a body,a group, a church, like never before. We share and pray for one another and with one another. God is doing a new thing in us. God is working through the church and we are the church.

It was wonderful to watch. I ministered on,"God will make a way where there seems to be no way." At the close of the service there were 8 people raising their hands for prayer. We can find ourselves in situations we don't know how to get out of. God will make a way! We are believing and expecting!

Seems like it's been a long time since I've been in the nursing homes. It's really good to be back. I had a wonderful time visiting with family in Iowa and Minnesota over the holidays. We're starting out the new year by ministering,"God will make a way where there seems to be no way". Many were excited to hear the good news. After the service there were many who wanted prayer for situations they are in. We are excited to watch God work in ways that only He can do. The activities director said she is hearing residents repeating my message days after I've been there. She is realizing that the residents are listening even when it seems like there not. She's bringing in as many as she can and the room is filling up.

This mornings service was another wonderful service. We had 30 - 40 in the service. Everyone is excited about Christmas. We looked at the Favor of God and saw that as Christians we have the favor of God as a shield around us. At the close of the service 3 residents rededicated their lives to the Lord. It was another wonderful service this morning. It's awesome to watch the smiles come to their faces as we sing the Christmas carols and begin to discuss the favor of God. The favor of God brought Daniel out of the lions den. The favor of God brought Paul and Silus out of the dungeon. The favor of God comes to the righteous as a shield. Wow, thank you Lord!

Warner - We had a wonderful time this morning. We sang Christmas carols and looked at the favor of God that was on Mary's Life. It was great to see the look on the residents faces as they realized that they could have the same favor of God on their lives. After the service I spoke with a 92 year old who is excited about heaven. She's anxious to meet Jesus but wants to follow the Father and watch everything He does. She was a joy to talk to.

We are making a difference in these Nursing Facilities. It's exciting to watch God work in the lives of these people.

Residents kept coming in as we sang Christmas carols. Many looked sad and ready to get excited about Christmas. Hands were in the air as we sang. We looked at favor and realized we have the same favor on our lives that Mary had on hers. We have been surrounded with a shield of Favor. Lets be about the Father's business.

This is a wonderful time of the year when we can celebrate the birth of Jesus. We had another awesome group in Sallisaw. The room was full. We sang all the Christmas carols on our song sheets. The favor of God was on Mary and she conceived the son of God. The favor of God is powerful. There is a gal here that has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She came to me after the service and wondered if the favor of God could help her condition. (She had asked the doctors to remove her legs. The doctors said,"there's a better way". We had prayed for her healing and wisdom for the doctors) I shared with her the goodness of God. I told her that the favor of God is more powerful than cerebral palsy. We prayed together. She is growing in her faith toward God. The bible says,"Ps 5:12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. I believe that! We are surrounded with the shield of God's favor. We are growing in the things of God. Hallelujah!

Today we sang Christmas carols for a long time. The more we sang the happier the residents got. Then, we got into the Word of God and looked at: Jesus - Born as a baby, Died as my Savior, and is coming back as my King of Kings. It's exciting and fun to celebrate Christmas when you understand the significance of Jesus Birth.

We were in a new room today and it gave us a lot more room. Many that came in today seemed down. We started to sing the Christmas Carols and you could see them "Light Up". The staff came in excited to see the residents singing. We talked about the favor of God today. We have the same favor on us that Mary had on her. The favor of God surrounds us as a shield.

It's so good to see family and friends come and visit in the nursing homes. Most of the year it is only residents in the halls. This morning I wondered what it's like to have your first Christmas in heaven. I have a very close friend of mine, from this nursing home, who went home to be with the Lord this week. His funeral is tomorrow. I went to visit him in the hospital after his heart attack. He was healed and did not die of a heart attack. He had a stroke and was healed of the stroke. Therapists said he was walking better after the stroke than he was before. He did not die from the stroke. The fact is these bodies will not live forever. He went to be with the Lord while he was sleeping. We will see him again. I wonder what it's like in heaven at Christmas time?

We had a full room and everyone wanted to sing ALL the Christmas carols. We looked at the Christmas story through the eyes of Mary. She was asked to do something that was impossible, without God. Gabriel said, With God nothing is impossible. When we walk with God the impossible becomes possible.

Jesus is the reason for the season. This morning we sang Christmas Carols for 1/2 hour. They loved it. It's great to see smiles come to their faces. As we sang some raised their hands and closed their eyes, praising God. 2 woman rededicated their lives to the Lord. We looked at the Christmas story and saw that Mary had favor with God. The Bible says, as Christians, we have favor with God too. We are surrounded as a shield with the favor of God!

Haskell - At the close of the service there were several who asked for prayer. One woman had a bad report from the doctor about her eyes. We prayed and she began to laugh. She continued to laugh and some of her friends said they'd never seen her like that before. She said the power of God was all over her and it made her happy. The more she laughed the more others began to laugh. Another woman was having problems with her hands. We prayed. She started to laugh and said her hands were tingle. She started shaking them and laughing. God is so good!

As we sang Christmas carols you could see faces light up all around the room. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year to encourage people and share the real reason of Christmas. There is a woman here that follows me everywhere I go. She met me at the door, followed me to the lunch room, helped me preach, and back to the front door. Another woman said her sister went home to be with the Lord two weeks ago. They lived here together. She is quit lonely. I spent some time with her helping her through this time. Jesus is the reason for the season. Remember to share the Love of Jesus.

We had a very good service this morning. I'm thrilled when I see residents raising their hands to God, while we sing Christmas carols. This morning one woman was raising her hands and speaking in other tongues. A Chaplin from the First Baptist Church in Muskogee came in and sat down for the service. He was thrilled to see the residents worshiping God. We looked at the Favor of God that was on Mary. We saw that as Christians we have the favor of God on us. Everywhere we go and everything we do should reflect the favor of God. We have been blessed to be a blessing.

I am so thankful these residents have warm "homes" on cold days like this. We sang Christmas carols just like when we were kids. We looked at the Christmas story found in Luke 1. God wants to favor us with blessings. We need to agree, or say "Yes" to His plan. When we dd, He will preform in our lives. He wants to do things in our lives that are bigger that us. We need Him to make it happen. After the service I met a woman who is in stage 4 cancer. I spoke with her and her husband. They are Free Will Baptists and love the Lord. We held hands and I spoke to that cancer. It must shrivel and die in the name of Jesus. We are speaking health and wholeness over her body.

Thank you for supporting this ministry and allowing me to speak life into these precious people.

Christmas is a wonderful time of the year to share the Love of Jesus. Trees and decorations are everywhere, even in the nursing homes. We sang many of the well known Christmas carols. The residents "light up" when we sing the carols. Then, we turned to Luke chapter 1. After the service I began to pray with them. What struck me were their needs. One woman began to cry as she asked me a question. "Is it a sin to have my legs cut off?" She has diabetes and that is what the doctors are recommending. She said,"God gave me these legs. Would it be a sin to have them cut off?" We talked, and prayed, and held each other for a long time. We prayed and are believing. It is not a sin! Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

No one in the room when I got there but residents started coming and continued until we had 20 in the room. We're singing Christmas carols during the month of December. (The residents love the Christmas carols) We looked at Favour this morning. Along with Favour comes responsibility. Every time someone found favour with God, God asked them to do something. Mary found favour with God and told her she was going to have a baby. As children of God we have found favour with God. We are taking on the responsibility of sharing the Good News that Jesus is Lord.

We walked into the facility 20 minutes early and the room was full, and waiting for us to start. Wow, we sang Christmas carols and ministered from Luke ch. 01 (the Christmas story) The favor of God plus our "Yes" equals a performance. We are ready for a performance in our lives. Yes, Lord, Yes.

Wonderful service this morning. I am ministering out of Psalms 100. We are thanking and praising God. At the close of the service one woman was shaking and speaking in other tongues as the wonderful power of God was working in her life. As I walked across the room there was another woman who reached her arms out to me. I went to her and gave her a hug. Through tears she said,"You've never been alone before have you." I said,"No I haven't." She began to cry and hold me even more. I said,"I am here for you and will hold you as long as you want." (I would guess her to be in her 80's) We held each other what seemed to be a long time. She relaxed and began to smile. This is what it's all about. This is why we go, to be a comfort and help in the time of need. God you are so good!!!

Good meeting this morning. The activities director does a great job. She brings in everybody she can. It makes a difference. At the close of the service many wanted prayer. Residents said they came in not feeling well but after the service they felt fine. It's the anointing. The power of God present and ready to do a work as soon as we tap in. God you are so good!

Two residents rededicated themselves to the Lord. It was a wonderful service. We looked at Psalms 100. During this thanksgiving season we are being thankful to God for who he is and all he has done. After the message the residents wanted to sing some more so we did. We got to the close of the service and no one wanted to leave. God, you are so good!

We are approaching Thanksgiving. Let's remember to give thanks to God for who he is and all he has done. One of the residents said she could only be in the service for 1/2 hour because she had therapy to go to. She asked me if I would preach first so she could hear the message. I did. It reminded me of how much these people miss church. They really want to hear the Word but don't have much opportunity. As she raised her hands to God during the hymns you could see she was thrilled to be there. God, you are so good. Thank you for allowing me to be a part off these peoples lives.

We had so many in the room. People had a hard time walking through. That's a good problem to have. We are ministering about being thankful. We sang extra today and they loved it. We remembered the veterans today. I could tell they really appreciated that. As we sang, hands were in the air again. They love the old songs, Standing on the promises, Power in the blood, Victory in Jesus. We're looking at the power of words. Our words spoken in our world are more powerful than any other words that cane be spoken. Many hands went into the air as I asked for those that wanted to rededicate their lives to the Lord. Muskogee is a blessing. Both morning and afternoon services were good. It's wonderful to see us get together and realize, we are the church. God is doing big things, through the church, in these last days and we are the church. Many gathered at both services to worship Him. We looked at Gal. 3:13 and saw that we have been redeemed from the curse and we have been redeemed to the blessing. That will make you shout!!

We have new people in Spiro. It's always good to meet new people. People having a personal encounter with God is what it's all about. Many times those in nursing homes don't have the opportunity to experience corporate worship. It's wonderful to see hands in the air praising and worshiping our mighty God. I ministered on "who we are in Christ." Mark 16, these signs shall follow those that believe. Jesus said as believers we should all expect these signs to follow us.

I spoke with Kenneth today. He's just been through 2 heart attacks and a broken hip. He's been in the hospital for several weeks. The doctors said he might not make it. He is back in the nursing home and the therapist says he is walking more now than he ever has, all by the power of God. I prayed with a woman who is new to the nursing home. We prayed for her healing. She began to shake and tremble under the power of God's healing power. We are expecting! God you are soooo good!

We talked about who we are in Christ and what we should to be doing as a believer. Seems radical but it should be the norm. I prayed with many after the service. Another wonderful service. We moved to a new room last time and it is working very well. It is more private with less distractions. We are talking about who we are in Christ. What should we be doing as believers? Mark 16 "And these signs shall follow those who believe. . ." We prayed with many after the service. Many are lonely. One woman fell and had a bruised face with a broken nose. She asked for prayer. Others asked for prayer: sickness, family issues, cancer, etc. We laid hands on the sick and they will recover.

We had a good turn out this morning. It's always a joy to see Methodists, Lutherans, Baptists, Pentecostals, Catholics, etc. Lift up the name of Jesus together. We sang the blood songs and then I sang "the midnight cry". Residents, family, and staff all together. I am continuing to minister on "who we are in Christ". After the service a resident came to me and said she wanted to rededicate her life to the Lord. We prayed right then. She asked me if she could be a part of this church. We are building strong families on the Word of God.

We had several new residents today. Our group is growing. They wanted to sing extra today so we did. There is a woman here who was healed of skin cancer. She continues to tell everyone who will listen that God is her healer. We looked at who we are in Christ and that our words are powerful. It was so good to walk into the room and see Kenneth. Kenneth suffered multiple heart attacks and then fell and broke his hip. For the last couple of months I've gone to the hospital to visit him and to pray. We know that God is a good God and that it is not His will that these things happen to us. We continued to believe in God's healing power and "kept the switch of faith turned on". He is out of the hospital and back home. He said the hardest thing was not to be able to come to church. We sang and shouted for quit a while. We are learning who we are in Christ. "We have been blessed with all spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus".

So good to be back in the nursing homes again. I always get such a thrill when I see the residents raise their hands to the Lord. I know that most of them didn't do that when they were younger. Tears in their eyes when we talk about heaven. We know that heaven is our home.

I just had a long conversation with a couple in McDonald's. They were having a "Bible Battle" with another couple in the store. By the time they got done they were worn out. They welcomed a positive conversation about our Lord. We realized we were brothers and sisters in the Lord and that's what we focused on. They live in Quinton. I told them I go to the nursing home in Quinton. He recognised me when I said that. I'm sure we will see them again. Make sure to be open and willing to share the "Good News". God is Good!

We had a good service in Checotah. Residents came in looking down and depressed. As we lifted up the name of Jesus you could see their countenance change. We are giving them a positive message about Jesus our Lord. When you share the gospel everything changes. He is a good God!

We started meeting in a different room today. It's good! I continue to thank God for the power He displays during the service. Hands raised and tears, as residents worship the Lord. We are getting excited about who we are in Him. 1) We have received ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places. 2) He will gather together all in heaven and all in earth together in Him forever. 3) We have been seated with Him in heavenly places. It'll make you want to dance and shout!

This was my first meeting at 9am. I was told if I came right after breakfast there would be more in the room. There wasn't anyone in the room. As I started to play the music residents did come in. We had a wonderful time finding out who we are in Christ. 1) we've been given all spiritual blessings. 2) We'll be all gathered together and be with Christ for ever. 3) Our position is with Christ in heavenly places. This is just the beginning of who we are and what we have in Christ. We got pretty excited! God is so good!

This mornings service was very powerful. We are talking about who we are "in Christ." The music was powerful and many raised their hands as they worshiped. Who we are "In Christ" is a new thought to many of the residents. God has given us many things as Christians. Do we know there ours, and if we know there ours, do we know how to use them. At the close of the service there were so many needs. Allowing God to work through me is a very humbling and powerful thing. Thank you Lord !

It's always good to get back on the road. residents wanted to testify today. They were sharing the goodness of God, the love of God. One resident pointed out the window and said,"My daddy made all that". It was awesome! Residents started talking that I had never heard speak before.We continue to share the good news! They asked me if I could come every day. That was a real compliment. I thanked them and then explained how I would not be able to do that. We are stepping up our faith. we are believing for things that are going beyond what we have believed for before.

It was sure good to get back to Stigler today. I missed last time and that's too long to be away. It was so good to each other again. You know when men start to cry there's something going on in the room. The Spirit of God was moving. I saw residents raising their hands to God that were paralyzed. God was moving in a mighty way. Residents and staff were in the room to experience the power of God. At the close many rededicated their lives to the Lord and a man accepted Jesus as his saviour. Praise God!

Wow, there was a lot of commotion today. Lot's of activity coming and going. I began to share my testimony of being filled with the Spirit of God. One woman began speaking in other tongues. I spoke with Daniel today. She was up and encouraged. She is moving her arms more than ever before. She said now when she tries to move her legs she can feel her stomach muscles tightening. The doctors say her muscles are waking up. She said,"I'm gonna walk!" I've been giving her books on healing. Today she said,"I want more of those books" You've got it Daniel, you've got it!

What an amazing service. Residents continued to come in as we sang. One woman came in and began to weep and hold her heart as she heard the music. Hands were in the air and we were shouting the victory. I ministered on "believing and speaking." At the close of the service a woman was filled with the Spirit and began to speak with other tongues. As I began to share my testimony a woman raised her hand to share her testimony. Then, I began to share how I had been filled with the Spirit of God, when I was 21, according to Acts chapter 2. This same woman raised her hand and said,"That's what I want." I prayed with her at the close of the service and she began to speak in other tongues. We are discovering, we all have different backgrounds but we all really want the same thing. We want all that God's got!

Two weeks ago I was not able to go to Spiro because of car trouble. We were all very anxious to see each other again. As we began to sing "Oh the bood of Jesus" a woman came in that we have all been praying for. She has some health issues and mostly confined to her room. As she came in I could see residents and employees raise their hands. With tears we all thanked God for his mighty Love and Power. God you are so good! Now I'm on my way to the hospital to make some visits.

When I spoke to the activities director she handed me a list of people on the vent hall who wanted prayer. I was glad I got there early. I made my rounds praying the healing power of God to do a mighty work in these bodies. As I got through praying for the last resident a woman came into the room and said,"If your prayin' pray for me". It was an employee who was having some struggles. I prayed a hedge of protection around her by the blood of Jesus. She's going to study up on who she is in Christ. We had a good service. Hands in the air and "amens" throughout the message. After the service there was another woman in the vent hall that wanted me to come and pray. I spent some time with her then we prayed. We believe in the power of prayer!

Tahlequah - As we began to sing the room filled with residents. Many know the words to these songs whether they have the music or not. As we sang "Victory in Jesus" many were raising their hands and giving glory to God. Mark Cross has been traveling with me and today we got so excited we wanted to run. (we didn't but maybe next time) God has already said "Yes" to all of His promises. When we add our "Amen" it's like throwing gas on a fire. It's gonna burn. One woman rededicated her life to the Lord at the end of the service. God, you are so good.

Sallisaw - We had a great crowd today. Many residents, visitors, and employees. Hands were in the air as we sang Victory In Jesus. At the close of the service an employee came to me with tears in her eyes. She said she was going through some things and needed God's wisdom. We held hands and agreed together for wisdom in her situation. She was very grateful and went back to work. Praise God! God is doing a mighty work in these nursing homes. Residents, visitors, and employees alike are being touched by the power of God.

I've been thinking of all the people I have met and prayed with in the nursing homes. Those that are walking that weren't walking before. Those that had been healed from some form of sickness or disease. Some are still here on this earth however many have gone on to be with the Lord. I realize that this flesh body will not last for ever. Thank God I'm not just flesh. The real me, the man on the inside will last forever. We are eternal beings. Many of the residents that prayed for salvation are now in the arms of Jesus. Thank you Lord, for giving me the desire to help these beautiful people.

Gore - There was excitment in the air as we started to sing. Many find this service to be the excitement and hope for the week. The activities director tried to keep the residents from singing or talking to loud. (I really don't mind. I'd say "let'm sing") There were many who wanted prayer at the close of the service, health, family issues, etc. We were able to hand out 3 bibles today. These bibles have become a blessing to those in the nursing homes. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wilburton - We had a smaller group today. Those that were there were cranked up. One woman was "directing" the music and laughing. Another was shaking her finger at me and telling me to stop dancin'. Oh well, we had a good time. We talked about our words. Our words are powerful and can change the direction of our lives. This afternoon I had a whole room of christians. I looked around and could remember the day when some of them got saved. God, you are so good!

Wagoner - Several came in this morning. I also had a pastor from Tahlequah sit in the service. We had many hands in the air as we praised God with music. Several said they were so glade we are there on a regular basis. It has become their church. We are talking about the power of our words. We realized that, according to Mark 11:23-34, we can speak to our mountains and tell them to leave our lives. We can also pray to God and thank Him for the blessing, thank Him for the promises and walk in them. It's exciting to see them get excited and shout in the nursing homes.

Stigler - It's wonderful to watch all the residents come into the meeting room. The music starts and they begin to smile. It is a bright spot in their day and in their week. I want them to know God loves them. Their words are very powerful in their lives. What they say affects their future. If people understand that they will change the way they speak. Rom. 10:9-10 says - if we say - what we believe - though shall be. We got excited about The Word of God and are believing for things we've never believed for before.

We got to "Standing On The Promises" and this woman began to praise God open and unashamed. We looked at the power of our words. We can hear the Word, believe the Word, speak the Word, and hold fast to the confession of our faith. The Bible says,"He is faithful who promised".

Tahlequah - The room was empty when went in. It only took 10 minutes or so to fill up. I held hands with a man who is a hospice patient. (He had no emotion at all as he was brought in) I held his hand and we met eye to eye. He smiled and squeezed my had. Then, he began to sway to the music. It was a wonderful moment. We are ministering on the power of our words. Just like salvation we can believe and speak and expect to receive. At the close of the service we believed for many things. Congestive heart, TB, sprained ankle, weak lungs, etc. God is a big God and meets our needs according to His riches. Thank God !

Sallisaw - This is Labor Day. There were very few cars on the road. I'm excited to be out and ministering the Word. So many times these Holidays come and go and those in the Nursing Homes are neglected. Many of the staff are on off today. We had a great service! I am ministering on "The Power of our Words". At the close of the service I prayed with several related to health issues. Paralysis, Cancer, Allergies, memory, etc. We are believing God and we're not letting go!
