This morning, as I was getting ready, I heard this - God Is Good. I jotted that down and continued to listen. 15 minutes later I had a new outline for today's message. God is so good He will lead you and guide you through troubled times. But, we must learn to listen and believe. He will not force us to do anything. We are choosers. At the end of the service we sang - What A Friend We Have In Jesus. A woman came in to visit with her grandmother during the service. As we sang that last song she was overwhelmed watching her grandmother sing the hymn. Many of the residents do not respond until we sing the old hymns. What a friend we have in Jesus.
