There is a young man here who is probably in his teens. I don't know that he has ever lived anywhere but a care facility. He is strapped to a geri chair for his own protection. As we sang Christmas carols he began to smile and swing his arms with excitement. Over time I held his hand and we shared the glory of the moment together. The Glory of God, the Power of God, the Goodness of God works in our lives no matter what our situation or circumstance. Jesus is truly the reason for the season.
